Meta, NVIDIA, IBM, Oracle, Huawei, ZTE, Coursera, HP and CompTIA — at ICT Week Uzbekistan! More than 200 speakers and experts, over 2,000 international guests and more than 50 startups in Tashkent

ICT Week Uzbekistan is not simply a major technology event. It is a unique platform that reflects the global changes taking place in the country, serves as a symbol of growing international confidence, and provides a space for discussing the technologies of the future.

Over the course of four days, ICT Week Uzbekistan will welcome more than 25,000 visitors, with foreign companies accounting for 55% of the expo participants. The programme will feature more than 20 international forums and summits.

In addition, the ICT Expo – 2026 exhibition, covering an area of 15,000 sq. m, will showcase the latest developments and solutions in AI, Blockchain, IoT, FinTech, E-commerce and GameDev.

The main areas of the Week include startups, investment in artificial intelligence and human capital, IT exports and digitalization. Venture funds such as DOMiNO Ventures (Türkiye), IT Park Ventures and Aloqa Ventures have been involved in the event.

As part of the “Land of Startups” theme, more than 50 startups will participate in ICT Week. Dedicated startup areas — the “Startup Alley” and Pitch Zone — will provide young technology teams with an opportunity to showcase their projects, products and innovative solutions to a broad audience. The business program will also feature Founder Pitching, where startups will present their projects to representatives of venture funds including DOMiNO Ventures, Aloqa Ventures and IT Park Ventures.

A number of major events will be organized as part of the program:

September 22

The official opening ceremony will feature a congratulatory address from President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the presentation of the special video “Uzbekistan — Land of Startups,” and a speech by Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies and Chief Information Officer. Representatives of Enterprise Uzbekistan, Uzum, ZTE, Huawei, DataVolt, as well as heads of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of communications, will also take part in the ceremony.

On the same day, participants will be able to attend the Startup & Venture Summit, the “From Research to AI Startups” session, the Uzbekistan–Japan business meeting supported by JETRO, the Uzbekistan–Japan Digital Society Forum, and a session on modern infrastructure led by ZTE. September 23

The program will feature the Enterprise Uzbekistan Summit, IT Education Forum, International Conference of Experts on Artificial Intelligence and Ethics, Future Intelligence Forum, Global Scale Conference, Digital Investment Forum, a session on AI as infrastructure for business with the participation of Uztelecom, as well as a session with IT Park partners dedicated to building an innovation ecosystem within the Organization of Turkic States. September 24

Participants will be able to attend the Startup World Cup, with the participation of IT Park, Limpid VC and Pegasus Tech Ventures; the “From Industry to Platforms” forum with Uzum; the GCC Forum — Middle East Technology Summit with the participation of IT Park; AI Native Session; and the “Digital Government” forum with MyGov.

September 25

On the final day of the Week, the program will include AWS Community Day, Ignite Challenge with IT Park partners, as well as presentations by partner companies. The ICT Expo – 2026 exhibition will remain open until 17:00.

In addition, throughout all four days, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the ICT Expo – 2026 exhibition, located across 15,000 sq. m and featuring the latest technologies and developments in the industry.

From September 22 to 25, FREE shuttle buses will operate from the following locations for the convenience of visitors:

• “Buyuk Ipak Yuli” metro station (Dagestan Street);
• Uzbekistan Hotel;
• IT Park Uzbekistan (4 Ibrohim Muminov Street);
• Southern Railway Station.

It is worth recalling that the Week has been held since 2004 with the aim of developing Uzbekistan into a regional IT hub, increasing the country’s IT services exports, creating a platform for knowledge exchange, showcasing the latest achievements in modern technologies and innovation, and demonstrating the attractiveness of the country’s IT market to foreign investors.

This year’s “Land of Startups” theme will provide startups not only with an opportunity to showcase their projects, but also to connect directly with investors, technology companies and potential partners. Over four days, the technology week will bring together global experts, startups, investors, major companies and government representatives on one platform to discuss the most pressing issues surrounding artificial intelligence and future technologies.

ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026 is not only a platform for showcasing innovations and new solutions, but also an important step toward strengthening Uzbekistan’s position as a regional IT hub, while providing startups with opportunities to present their products, connect with investors and partners, and enter new markets.

National pavilions from the United States, China, Japan, Georgia, Oman, Türkiye, Tajikistan and Russia will showcase the latest developments and technologies from their respective countries.

The event offers an opportunity not only to stay informed about the latest technology trends, but also to establish connections for future cooperation, meet startups and investors, enter new markets, and become part of the digital future.
