Memorandum Signed with KS JOB INC. on Training Specialists for BPO Projects

In the Republic of Korea, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamol Makhsudov and Executive Director of IT Park Uzbekistan Jahongir Rajabov held a meeting with Daegun Hur, CEO of South Korean company KS JOB INC.
The parties discussed expanding the operations of KS JOB INC. in Uzbekistan, training specialists with Korean language skills, and developing cooperation in the areas of AICC (AI Contact Center) and BPO.
The company announced the launch of a Korean language training center in Tashkent in September to train specialists for work in the BPO sector. KS JOB INC. also plans to recruit Korean-speaking personnel trained in Uzbekistan to implement AICC and BPO projects for clients from the Republic of Korea.
Following the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) providing for cooperation in the field of specialist training.
In addition, the parties agreed to consider the possibilities of utilizing the Zero Risk program to further develop the operations of KS JOB INC. in Uzbekistan, as well as to continue cooperation on the implementation of joint outsourcing projects.
Expanding the company's activities and training specialists with Korean language skills can create additional opportunities for attracting international BPO projects to Uzbekistan and employing local specialists in the export-oriented service sector.
KS JOB INC. is a South Korean company founded in 1998, specializing in BPO and customer service outsourcing. The company serves more than 120 corporate clients and develops technological solutions for contact centers, including artificial intelligence systems, speech recognition technologies, and cloud CRM platforms.
