Now, mobile users can reissue a phone number online without visiting mobile operator offices.
A new feature has been launched on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal my.gov.uz, allowing users to transfer ownership of a mobile number to another person remotely.
Previously, both parties were required to visit a service center, wait in queues, and complete paperwork. This process has now been fully digitized.
