Advancing the “Digital Mahalla” Initiative: Training Seminar Held in Kuvasoy

As part of efforts to digitalize the mahalla system and introduce modern management mechanisms, a training seminar was conducted in Kuvasoy. The event brought together specialists from Unicon-Soft LLC (Fergana region), as well as chairpersons of all mahalla citizens’ assemblies in the city and members of the “seven.”
The seminar focused on the capabilities, advantages, and practical application of the “Digital Mahalla” platform. Experts provided comprehensive explanations of the platform’s functionality, its significance in engaging with the population, maintaining databases, processing appeals, and enhancing service delivery.
During the session, participants received detailed responses to their questions, while hands-on guidance further strengthened their practical skills in using the platform.
This initiative represents an important step toward the widespread adoption of digital technologies within the mahalla system, improving the efficiency of public engagement and elevating the quality of services to a new level.
