Procedure for Handling Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities
The procedure for handling appeals from individuals and legal entities at the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities," the Model Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 341 dated May 7, 2018, as well as the regulations of the central office, regional branches, and the Institute for Youth Issues Research and Prospective Personnel Training under the Agency.

The 1093 Trust Hotline receives youth inquiries 24/7 and is managed by responsible staff.
Applications and complaints received by the territorial departments of the Youth Affairs Agency are reviewed within one month from the date of receipt. If no additional investigation or verification is required, the review process is completed within fifteen days.
If additional verification, collection of materials, or other measures are needed, the review period may be extended by the head of the Agency’s territorial department for no more than one additional month, with prior notification to the applicant.
