Today, the grand opening ceremony of the "Al-Beruniy" II International Chess Tournament took place at the International Chess Academy in our capital, with a total prize fund of $68,700.

The tournament follows a round-robin system with 9 rounds. Each participant is given 90 minutes per game, with an additional 30 seconds added for each move.
