For his exceptional talent, mastery in performance, and significant contributions to the development of Uzbek opera and national culture, fostering the interest and love of youth for the arts, and educating them with a spirit of patriotism and respect for universal values, as well as for his active participation in social life, Otabek Nazirov, an opera artist of the Uzbekistan State Symphony Orchestra, has earned this prestigious recognition from the nation's leadership.
The phrase "Bo‘zatov discovers talents" is not without reason. Many young performers who participated in this competition have been recognized with high honors and showcased their talents on prominent stages. Otabek Nazirov also claimed victory in the opera category during the Republican stage of the 2024 competition.
