1st December - World AIDS Day

🩺 Since 1988, December 1st has been celebrated as World AIDS Day by the World Health Organization.

The main objectives of this day are:

• Raising public awareness about Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS);
• Increasing knowledge on preventive measures and awareness campaigns;
• Promoting medical, material, and emotional support for individuals living with the disease.
