The final stage and award ceremony of the Republican contest "Uzbek Language – Interpreter of My Heart" has taken place.

The Republican contest "Uzbek Language – Interpreter of My Heart" was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, the Youth Affairs Agency, the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, and the Writers' Union for foreign students studying at higher educational institutions in our country whose native language is not Uzbek.
The competition was held in three stages, and only full-time students participated.
At the selection stage, the works of foreign students (essays written in the first stage and video introductions) recommended by higher education institutions were reviewed by the Selection Commission formed by the Organizing Committee, and 15 participants with the highest scores were recommended for the Republican stage.
At the award ceremony of the winners of the Republican stage, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation and the Department for the Development of the State Language under the Cabinet of Ministers participated and shared their thoughts on strengthening the prestige of the Uzbek language as the state language, increasing its international status, and promoting our national language and culture. Then, participants in the final stage presented Uzbek poems and songs as part of the "Artistic Performance on a Free Theme" condition. It is worth noting that the performances of foreign students, praising the brilliance of our language, became a unique expression of respect for our state language. Based on the final results, the winners are:
1st place: Rinka Yagane (Japan), a student of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies;
2nd place: Emodi Nesar Ahmad (Afghanistan), a student of Termez State University;
3rd place: Wang Chao Yuan (China), a student of Tashkent University of Information Technology.
It should be noted that the winners received diplomas and cash prizes in the amount of 40, 30, and 20 times the base calculation amount, respectively, and active participants were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.
