Hooliganism, i.e., deliberately disregarding societal behavior rules, engaging in fights, inflicting minor bodily harm, or damaging or destroying someone else's property under specific circumstances, may be punishable by up to 3 years of restricted freedom or up to 3 years of imprisonment.
