Today, the first day of the “Forum of Training Centers of Uzbekistan” organized by the Youth Affairs Agency was held at the Palace of Youth Creativity in our capital. The forum was dedicated to systemic reforms in the education sector, the development of training centers, and the opportunities created for young people to master foreign languages and modern professions.
In recent years, the demand for foreign languages and modern professions among young people has been steadily increasing. According to analyzes, the number of educational entities, which was 12,840 in 2022, will reach 38,465 by 2025, an increase of almost 3 times over the past three years. About 72 thousand jobs have been created by these training centers, and the number of young people studying has exceeded 1 million.
The forum was attended by representatives of more than 700 educational centers operating widely across the republic, as well as speakers with extensive experience in the field of education. During open discussions and special sessions, topical issues related to the development of educational centers, increasing the quality and scope of education were discussed.
It was also noted that the “Komak” project initiated by the Head of State and the “2+6” program are expanding quality educational opportunities even in remote areas, which is an important impetus for increasing the number and scope of educational centers.
The second day of the forum will be held on December 13.
