Privacy Policy for the Standart Ko'markchi Mobile Application

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019, and Google Play Developer Program Policies. It governs the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by the Standart Ko'markchi mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

1. General Provisions
1.1. The App is intended solely for informational purposes to reflect the activities of the Agency for Technical Regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.2. The App does not require user registration and does not automatically collect personal data.
1.3. Use of the App implies the user's consent to this Policy.

2. Data Collected
2.1. The only section where personal data may be entered is the “Assistance for Entrepreneurs” section.
2.2. Voluntarily submitted data:
• Email address
• Phone number
2.3. Submission is optional and used solely to respond to user inquiries.
2.4. The App does not collect:
• Device identifiers
• Geolocation data
• Biometric data
• Payment or transaction data
• Data from other apps

3. Legal Basis
3.1. Data is processed in accordance with:
• The Law on Personal Data
• The Law on Informatization
• International standards and Google Play Policies
3.2. Legal grounds include:
• User’s voluntary consent
• Legitimate interest of the operator (responding to inquiries)

4. Purpose of Data Use
• Respond to inquiries from users
• Maintain communication
• Improve information delivery quality

5. Data Retention
• Data is stored only for the time necessary to respond, but no longer than 30 days
• Data is deleted permanently thereafter

6. Data Protection Measures
• Technical and organizational measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or dissemination
• Communication is secured using HTTPS

7. User Rights
• Request access, correction, or deletion of their data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Contact authorities or file a legal complaint in case of rights violation

8. Third-Party Disclosure
• Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law
