Candidates, regardless of their nationality, gender, social origin, who have professional, business, personal and moral qualities and level of education, as well as whose right to hold a civil service position is not limited by law and who meet the qualification requirements for holding the relevant position, are recruited to the state tax service bodies through an open independent competition.
