Regulatory and legal framework
The e-government system in Uzbekistan is implemented on the basis of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Informatization” and “On Electronic Government”, the relevant decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and other regulatory legal documents aimed at developing the national information and communication system.
