“COOPERATION CUP” SPORTS COMPETITIONS HELD UNDER THE THEME “SPORT — THE FOUNDATION OF HEALTH”

Today, August 7, the “Cooperation Cup” sports competitions were held at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan for young people from mahallas under the slogan “Youth — Builders of the Future” and the theme “Sport — the Foundation of Health.”
The competition, held for the third time, featured teams competing in mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, chess and checkers.
The sporting event was organised in cooperation with the Tashkent City Sports Department. Teams representing mahalla youth from Tashkent, Tashkent State University of Economics, and Tashkent State Technical University took part in the competitions.
Following the final results, the winning and prize-winning teams, as well as outstanding athletes, were duly awarded diplomas, medals, cups and commemorative gifts.
