Among them are Kuwait, Qatar, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Georgia, the Philippines, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Korea, and Japan. In order to expand international cooperation, more than 100 bilateral meetings were held with the competent authorities of the countries of Europe and the Persian Gulf, Russia, Japan, and Korea.
In order to expand international cooperation in the field of migration, intergovernmental agreements on migration were signed with Kuwait, France, Italy, and Sweden.
Germany, England, Japan, Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, and Slovenia are among the strategic and long-term partner countries. For the first time, close cooperation has been established with large companies from Macedonia, Austria, Portugal, the Netherlands, Japan, and Italy.
One of the main directions of such agreements is the establishment of international cooperation in the field of training citizens in foreign languages and professions, as well as assessing their professional qualifications.
Today, based on the "Education + Work" principle, 4 international training centers of Germany (Erfurt, KlettEDU, SBH, RekruitMed), 3 of Japan (Onodera, Proud partners, Office Wise), 1 of Korea (Hyundai), 1 of Bulgaria (Scaffolding) have been created in 9 regions, and training in 6 professions and foreign languages has been established.
Today, as a logical continuation of the work in this direction, more promising agreements have been reached. In particular, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Khorezm Regional Branch of the Migration Agency "Tashkent International Certification Academy," the SIA "Certification Centre" organization in Riga, the Republic of Latvia, the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Khorezm region, as well as the Khiva City Polytechnic and the Khorezm Construction and Utilities Technical School under its jurisdiction.
The main goal of this agreement is to train citizens in the areas of "Welding," "Santechnician," and "Car Driver" at two technical schools in the region, as well as to establish the issuance of an international certificate (ISO 9606-1) by assessing their professional qualifications. During the negotiations, an agreement was reached on further expanding the scope of cooperation and gradually increasing certification areas according to demand.
Within the framework of the event, a cooperation agreement was also signed between the Khorezm regional branch of the Migration Agency and Urgench State University. This agreement provides for the involvement of citizens wishing to carry out temporary labor activities abroad in safe, orderly, and legal labor migration through training in foreign languages based on the requirements of employers and standards of foreign countries.
During the bilateral negotiations, an agreement was reached with the university to organize, at the initial stage, 10-month German and 6-month Korean language courses at the university's own expense.
The main goal of the above agreements is to create more conveniences for our citizens, to train them as qualified specialists based on advanced foreign standards.
