The Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers conducted an official investigation (upon the applicant's application) into the activities of "Adworld Group" LLC, which provided employment services abroad without a license, and identified violations.
Based on the results of the investigation:
▪️ "Adworld Group" LLC on social networks Advertised jobs in such countries as Montenegro, Serbia, England, Lithuania, Norway, Oman, and Japan;
▪️ Offered employment services abroad to citizens under the pretext of consulting;
▪️This activity was carried out contrary to the requirements of the Law No. ЗРУ-501 "On Private Employment Agencies", without a license.
⚠️SPECIAL WARNING:
📲 Some bloggers with a large number of followers also widely promoted the illegal activities of this company on social networks.
❗️ ️False advertisements given through bloggers have instilled trust in people, leading many citizens to agree to pay for the company's services and ultimately be deceived.
LEGAL MEASURE:
The Migration Agency imposed a fine of 112,500,000 soums on Adworld Group LLC. Due to the fact that the fine was not paid voluntarily, proceedings have begun to recover the funds through the court.

✅If you want to work abroad, contact the Migration Agency or only licensed Private Employment Agencies!
❌ Don't believe any announcements on Telegram or Instagram, such as "Work in Europe" or "Exit to Japan."
