The President emphasized that specialists who have worked at major industrial enterprises abroad and acquired modern technologies and a strong work culture represent a valuable opportunity for enterprises in our country. Regional governors and industry leaders should offer them suitable jobs and make use of their knowledge and experience.
To this end, a platform containing information on the workplaces, professions and employment records of citizens returning from abroad will be created and integrated into a system accessible to regional governors and industry leaders.
The task has been set to find suitable jobs for 250,000 returning citizens by the end of the year, while providing guidance and creating favourable conditions for those wishing to start a business.
