As part of the working visit to Croatia by Muhsinxuja Abdurahmonov, Director of the Migration Agency, talks were held with the management of Man Power and Radnik d.d.
Cooperation with Man Power: The parties discussed recruiting Uzbek specialists for railway and other infrastructure projects. A cooperation model was considered, initially involving 15–20 specialists, with the potential to increase the number to up to 100 at a later stage.
Uzbek construction workers highly valued. The management of Radnik d.d. praised the professional skills, diligence and ability of Uzbek workers to adapt quickly to working conditions, expressing interest in expanding cooperation.
The delegation visited a construction site where Uzbek citizens are employed and spoke with them directly. The meeting focused on working and living conditions, workers’ rights and social protection.
The negotiations placed particular emphasis on vocational and language training, recognition of qualifications, official wages, and the protection of labour and social rights.
The main objective is to connect Uzbek specialists directly with reliable employers in Croatia and expand opportunities for legal employment.
