Working in Slovenia: Open Dialogue with Young People

Elyor Toshtemirov, Deputy Director of the Migration Agency, met with young people interested in working in Slovenia.
During the meeting, participants received information about the stages of legal employment, requirements for candidates and available opportunities. The importance of finding jobs through official sources, reviewing employment conditions in advance and preparing thoroughly before travelling abroad was emphasised.
The meeting also covered the legal, social and other forms of assistance available to Uzbek citizens abroad, procedures for seeking help in difficult situations, and the Agency’s support mechanisms.
The goal is to prepare young people for decent employment and ensure they are aware of their rights and the assistance available to them while abroad.
