Head of the Migration Agency Muhsinxuja Abdurahmonov met with the heads of private employment agencies.

The meeting addressed ways to expand cooperation with the private sector, ensure legal and decent employment opportunities for Uzbek citizens abroad, and protect their rights and interests.

Citizens’ money and trust are the responsibility of every agency. In this regard, complaints concerning delays in service delivery, failure to fulfil contractual obligations, and the refunding of money to citizens who have not been placed in jobs were critically reviewed.
 

The meeting identified the following tasks:

🔹 Ensure that all contract and employment information is entered into the “XORIJDA ISH” system;

🔹 Fully implement a special deposit mechanism to protect citizens’ payments;

🔹 Ensure that citizens receive legal guidance and practical preparation before departure;

🔹 Strengthen cooperation with foreign employers and diplomatic missions.

Tasks were also set to address the problems and proposals raised by the heads of private agencies.

Cooperation will be expanded with agencies that operate legally and transparently and prioritise citizens’ interests. Appropriate measures will be taken, in accordance with established procedures, in cases of violations of legal requirements.
