Comment on lawyer Saidali Mukhtoraliyev’s objection
Today, Head of the Migration Agency Muhsinxuja Abdurahmonov met with former employees to hear their appeals and discuss possibilities for resolving the existing dispute through mutual agreement.
The meeting was organized to establish an open dialogue between the Agency’s management and former employees, and the Agency did not approach the lawyer with a request to gather the employees.
This meeting was not a court hearing or a procedural action. The fact that Saidali Mukhtoraliyev did not participate in the discussion does not constitute disrespect towards his professional activities.
During the discussion, information was provided about vacancies at the Agency. Taking into account the organization’s financial capabilities, a proposal was also made to resolve the dispute on the basis of a mutual agreement.
The Migration Agency respects the appeals of former employees and remains open to resolving the matter within the framework of the law, taking into account the interests of all parties.
