With “SBH West” — towards decent employment in Germany

85 drivers have started working in Germany. Another 77 candidates are being prepared for the next stages. The experience is now planned to be expanded to other professions and regions.
Director of the Migration Agency Muhsinxuja Abdurahmonov met with a delegation headed by Peter Niemann, Head of the German organization “SBH West”, as well as representatives of chambers of crafts and employers.
At the center of the dialogue was an important goal: to send citizens abroad not simply as job seekers, but as trained specialists with language skills, professional qualifications, and practical experience.
The ongoing project demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach. Candidates are being trained in Uzbekistan in accordance with the requirements of the German side, using modern simulators and specialized training programs. The system is now planned to be expanded in Andijan and Samarkand, and subsequently to other regions as well.
🤝Cooperation is not limited to the transport sector. During the meeting, an agreement was reached to launch new projects aimed at the targeted training of specialists for craft professions and the care sector, which are in high demand in Germany.
