In New York, we met with BlackRock's leadership: company President Robert Capito, Vice Chairman Thomas Donilon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Infrastructure Partners Adebayo Ogunlesi, Global Head of the Financial and Strategic Investors Group, and the company's Middle East Regional Head Charles Hatami.
During the dialogue, we discussed the issue of establishing the activities of the Tashkent International Financial Center in 2027. BlackRock is assisting in developing the concept and structure of this Center.
During a joint roundtable discussion with representatives of US business circles, we exchanged views on the development prospects of Uzbekistan and our region for the coming decades.
Uzbekistan is becoming a platform of new opportunities for large, effective, and high-quality investments.
