As an American company, we have established cooperation with the Government of Uzbekistan and would like to bring many workers from Uzbekistan to the United States to work for farmers.
We serve approximately 1,400 farmers across the United States and provide them with workforce support. We would also very much like to introduce Uzbek workers to our farmers. Farmers are always looking for a new and reliable labor market.
We have learned that Uzbek workers are hardworking, family-oriented, responsible, and well-qualified people. They are experienced, well-trained, and many of them also have experience working abroad. We believe we can select the best specialists and place them with our farmers in the United States.
Our farmers operate in various sectors. Some own large areas of farmland and carry out plowing, spraying, harvesting, and transportation work. Others are engaged in livestock farming, while some are involved in both crop production and livestock farming.
We are mainly looking for skilled and semi-skilled workers. Therefore, we need knowledgeable individuals whose experience can be verified. This is a very good opportunity.
There are also combine harvester driver crews. They travel from Texas to North Dakota harvesting crops for other farmers. They work as contractors, and drivers and workers are also needed for these jobs.
In addition, there are specialized companies that provide services to farmers. They are involved in building fences, constructing grain storage facilities, and similar work. Some are engaged in fertilizer distribution — workers load fertilizer and spread it across thousands of hectares of land.
Others specialize in applying mineral fertilizers. We even have clients who carry out aerial crop spraying operations. If you have such pilots, wages in this field are very high — there are truly high hourly pay rates available.
For now, that is the situation in brief. I believe this is a very good opportunity. We are learning what skills people have and gradually gathering more information. We have been given the “green light” to officially invite Uzbek workers.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit your training center. It was very impressive to see that the Government of Uzbekistan has established centers across the country to train people in various professions. I saw training programs for lifting equipment operators there. There were also courses in plumbing and electrical work.
We are in great need of such blue-collar, semi-skilled, and skilled specialists. For example, we need knowledgeable people in plumbing, mechanics, equipment repair, and technical maintenance. Some may even be highly skilled specialists capable of completely disassembling large machinery and replacing spare parts.
I also noticed that you have many John Deere tractors and machines. Perhaps there are also European-made versions. These machines are also very widely used in America.
