According to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, if foreigners illegally staying in this country voluntarily leave from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, large fines and a ban on re-entry to Korea will be deferred.

📝 Voluntary exit application
🎫 Air ticket (for the departure flight)
🛫 Procedure:
📌 You can personally notify the immigration department at your place of residence no later than 15 days (including holidays) or no later than 3 days (excluding holidays) before your departure, or register online at www.hikorea.go.kr.
📌 Exit date:
You are required to visit the airport's immigration office 4 hours before the flight and undergo final confirmation.
️❗️ The following individuals will not be eligible for this benefit:
• ✘ Those who entered Korea illegally
• ✘ Those who used fake documents
• ✘ Criminals
• ✘ Those who received and failed to comply with the Immigration Service's order to leave Korea
• ✘ Those who became illegal after December 1, 2025
