Information on international standards

The ISO 37001:2016 international standard "Anti-corruption management system" is a standard that includes international methods for creating an effective anti-corruption system in an organization, and serves to establish an excellent anti-corruption management system.
ISO 37001:2016 defines the requirements and guidelines for the development, implementation, maintenance, analysis and improvement of an anti-corruption management system.
ISO 37001:2016 is aimed at the formation of an anti-corruption management system in any jurisdiction and in any sector and industry (government, private or non-profit organization, etc.).
The implementation of the ISO 37001:2016 standard is a very effective tool for government agencies that aim to gain the trust of citizens, increase the honesty of employees, reduce violations, and create a transparent and efficient system of providing public services to the population.
The management system and mechanisms established in the field of anti-corruption in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and its structures were externally audited by CERT International for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016 standard “Anti-Corruption Management System”, and the ministry received an ISO international standard certificate ISO 37001:2016 in 2023.
28 employees of the Ministry were trained on the anti-corruption management system and received a certificate of the international standard ISO 37001:2016.
