During the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, a total of 186 vacancies were announced in the central office of the Ministry (for reference, 15,518 candidates submitted applications for these vacancies). Of these, 148 candidates were recognized as suitable by the selection commission and were hired for 148 vacancies. For the remaining vacancies, candidates did not meet the established qualification requirements and did not successfully pass the testing stage. |
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 3, 2019 No. PF-5843 “On measures to radically improve personnel policy and the civil service system in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, recruitment to civil service positions in state bodies and organizations (except for elected and separately appointed positions) is carried out on a competitive basis. Pursuant to this Decree, recruitment of employees to the system of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan is conducted through a competitive process via the Unified Open Portal of Vacant Civil Service Positions (vacancy.gov.uz). Announcements are posted on the Unified Open Portal of Vacant Civil Service Positions, and the information (résumés) submitted by candidates is reviewed to assess compliance with qualification requirements. Based on the screening results, information is sent to each candidate’s personal account. Candidates who successfully pass the first stage are invited to take tests. Those who pass the testing stage are then notified in their personal accounts about the time and procedure of the interview. For candidates who successfully pass the interview stage, a commission protocol is formalized, and the relevant information on interview results is sent to the candidates’ personal accounts within the established period. |

Applications are submitted by candidates through the Unified Open Portal of Vacant Civil Service Positions (vacancy.gov.uz). |
