A discussion of PPP projects in the field of highway reconstruction took place

It was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Bobur Khodjaev, Director of the Department of Public-Private Partnership Projects Abdukodir Yakubov, as well as representatives of the Chinese company: CEO Qian Jong Xin, Deputy Director General of the Third Branch Luo Tian Sheng, Chief Financier Jan Yuan and representatives of China Construction SAMSUM in Uzbekistan.
The main topic of discussion was the prospects for developing and implementing joint projects within the framework of public-private partnerships aimed at modernizing infrastructure, particularly the reconstruction of highways in Tashkent.
To date, the company plans to implement 5 projects in the field of transport in the republic.
During the meeting, the sides stressed the importance of such cooperation for both countries, noting its contribution to strengthening economic ties and infrastructure development. Proposals were made to expand cooperation and include new projects in the framework of public-private partnerships.
