Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O‘RQ-537 dated May 10, 2019, “On Public-Private Partnership,” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 720 dated October 30, 2024, “On Measures for the Further Improvement and Comprehensive Systematization of the Public-Private Partnership Sector,” the “GOLD RIVER BUILD” PC has submitted an initiative proposal, including the project concept, to establish a modern cultural center on the basis of public-private partnership at the amusement park (formerly known as the Lokomotiv Amusement Park) located in Amir Temur Street, Mevaston mahalla, Khiva City, Khorezm Region.

In accordance with Article 17 of the Law “On PPP”, in case of receipt of a request for expression of interest and tender proposals, the Khiva City Administration of the Khorezm Region will conduct a tender for the identification of a private partner with the participation of a private project initiator and interested third parties.
