This document includes forecasts of macroeconomic indicators for the medium term, main directions of fiscal policy, assessment of fiscal risks, and preliminary forecasts of revenues and expenditures of the Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Additionally, the Fiscal Strategy will serve as the foundation for the draft State Budget and the Budget Message to be developed for 2026-2028.

This Fiscal Strategy, in line with the goals and objectives outlined in the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy, defines the main directions of medium- and long-term fiscal policy. It aims to ensure long-term sustainable economic growth and implements a flexible fiscal policy adaptable to external and internal influences.
