The priority areas of action for the Ministry of Preschool and School Education were outlined in accordance wih  Presidential Decree No. PF-5712 dated April 29, 2019 on "On approval of the concept for the development of the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" and the Annex 1 of the Presidential Decree No. PF-79 dated May 26, 2023 on “Further supporting the private educationinal services sector in preschool, secondary, and extracurricular education, and creating favorable conditions for its comprehensive development".

A private initiative, including a project concept, has been submitted by the private initiator “GREEN POWER BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY” LLC on a vacant plot of land of secondary school No. 13, located in the Koson district of the Kashkadarya region. In this project, it is planned to establish a non-governmental preschool educational organization on the territory of secondary school No. 13 (0.50 hectares).

The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 No. 720.
