Applications for mortgage loan subsidies are now open!

Dear citizens!
You can submit your application for a subsidy using one of the following methods:
✅ By directly visiting Public Service Centers
✅ Electronically via the my.gov.uz portal at the following link:

❗️ Note:
The applicant must score at least 30 points based on social criteria in order to be eligible for the subsidy.
The average income of the applicant and their close relatives (if close relatives are indicated in the application) must fall within the following limits:
- In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions: from 2.7 times (3,118,500 UZS) up to 8 times (9,240,000 UZS) the minimum wage (MHTEKM).
- In Tashkent city: from 2.7 times (3,118,500 UZS) up to 9.2 times (10,626,000 UZS) the minimum wage (MHTEKM).
The applicant and their spouse must not own residential property throughout the entire territory of the Republic on the basis of ownership rights.
Additionally, socially vulnerable individuals are evaluated based on special criteria.
