In 2024, nearly 1.8 million contracts with a total value of 248.6 trillion soums were implemented through public procurement across the republic. Of these, 48.8 trillion soums, or 20 percent of all purchases, were "green" procurements. As a result of competitive procurement, 13.9 trillion soums were saved. More than 268 thousand business entities were involved in the public procurement process.
