A meeting was held at the Ministry with the participation of the leadership of the Accounting and Audit Methodology Department and the heads of the Asia Plan, ACCA Central, Armenia and Mongolia, Uzbekistan Certified Financial Institutions, and ACCA Portfolio Eurasia and the Middle East Department, Kush Ahuja, and general information was provided on the prospects for the development of international certification of accountants in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, ACCA representatives discussed the issue of ACCA students in Uzbekistan and determining their exam passing levels, accreditation of higher education institutions, working with employers, and further improving the system of training personnel based on international accounting and auditing education standards.
End of meeting, we discussed issues of further developing cooperation in the field of training a wide range of specialists in the fields of accounting, auditing and finance, and the introduction of international reporting standards in the field of sustainable development.
