This regulation defines the forms of financial statements prepared on the basis of national accounting standards or international financial reporting standards, which are approved by business entities, as well as the terms of their submission.

Business entities that submit financial statements based on national standards no later than March 1 of the year following the reporting year;

Business entities that submit financial statements based on international standards submit them no later than May 1 of the following year.
