Mortgage Program: Key Results for the First Nine Months of 2026

In January–September 2026, a total of UZS 20.9 trillion in mortgage loans was disbursed to citizens under the mortgage program.
This represents 91% of the annual target of UZS 23 trillion and is UZS 5.9 trillion, or 39%, higher than in the same period last year.
Of the total loans disbursed, UZS 12.8 trillion was financed from the State Budget, UZS 6.1 trillion by commercial banks, and UZS 2 trillion from company funds.
As of October 1, 2026, a total of UZS 1,208.1 billion in mortgage subsidies had been paid.
Of this amount, UZS 800.3 billion was allocated to covering mortgage interest payments, while UZS 407.8 billion was paid to 13,722 citizens to cover initial down payments for home purchases.
