TO THE ATTENTION OF ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to increase the level of accommodation for students in higher education institutions in the Republic" No. 563 was adopted on September 9, 2021. This resolution stipulates the construction of student dormitories through the attraction of private investments, based on a public-private partnership.

The initiative proposal, including the project concept, was presented to Termez brach of Tashkent State Medical University by the private enterprise “BEST KONTINENTAL” LLC. In this project, it is planned to build and organize the activities of a student accommodation building with 400 places on the territory of Termez brach of Tashkent State Medical University (covering 0.3 hectares).

The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 No. 720 "On measures for further improvement and comprehensive systematization of the public-private partnership sector".
