The priority areas of action for the Ministry of Preschool and School Education were outlined in accordance wih Precidential Decree No. PF-5712 dated April 29, 2019 on "Approval of the concept for the development of the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan by 2030" and the Annex 1 of the Precidential Decree No. PF-79 dated May 26, 2023 on “Further supporting the private educationinal services sector in preschool, secondary, and extracurricular education, and creating favorable conditions for its comprehensive development."

A proposal initiative, including a project concept, has been submitted by the private initiator "RUXSHONA KIDS DXSH" LLC regarding the vacant land plot of General Secondary School No. 30, located at 26 Sohibqiron Street, Yangikent MCC, Qiziriq District, Surxondaryo Region. Within this project, it is planned to establish a non-state preschool educational organization on a public-private partnership basis within the 0.30-hectare land area of General Secondary School No. 30​​.

The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 No. 720.
