Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The program is designed to support startups in strengthening their business positioning, market strategy, investment readiness, scalability, and international market expansion/growth. Selected startups will receive practical development assignments, individualized support, and methods allowing them to engage with relevant ecosystem actors globally.

Applicants will have the opportunity to work directly with Eli David Rokah, CEO and Founder of StartupBlink, a global startup ecosystem research center working with more than 150 governments and leading organizations worldwide.

Eli David Rokah has spent over a decade developing international partnerships, and working with startup ecosystems across 120+ countries. StartupBlink’s research is widely used by governments, investors, corporates, and founders globally.

For startup founders, the program offers direct access to Eli Rokah’s experience in building a global company, developing corporate and government partnerships, positioning a business internationally, and navigating growth across different markets.

Applicants should:

• Be a technology-based startup in Uzbekistan with a focus on the industrial and
  manufacturing sectors
• Be willing to actively participate throughout the mentorship period
• Have sufficient working proficiency in English to participate effectively in the program
