The discussions focused on further developing economic and financial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hong Kong, diversifying financing sources, attracting investment, and expanding promising areas of cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to Hong Kong’s advanced experience in international finance, the effective use of financial instruments, expanding opportunities for the public and private sectors, and more actively leveraging existing potential in economic processes.

The parties also exchanged views on financing priority projects within Uzbekistan’s national development priorities, enhancing their investment attractiveness, and making effective use of international cooperation opportunities in their implementation.

In addition, the sides discussed opportunities to develop cooperation in tourism, education, and artificial intelligence, promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise, strengthen the capacity of specialists, and implement new joint projects.

At the conclusion of the talks, both sides expressed their readiness to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation, expand financial and investment ties, and continue joint efforts in promising areas.
