From now on, a comprehensive ecosystem tailored to every stage of business development will be created. The “Business Start” program will be introduced for new entrepreneurs, “Business Lift” for those who have launched production, and “Business Growth” for those entering a new stage of expansion.
Under the “Business Start” program, entrepreneurs will learn how to develop projects, prepare loan documents, and manage reporting with the help of artificial intelligence. To this end, 100 billion soums will be allocated, along with ready-made business plans and unsecured loans of up to 200 million soums.
“We will not simply provide entrepreneurs with loans; we will create a comprehensive system that supports them from their very first step all the way to becoming a large-scale business,” said the head of state.
