Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O‘RQ-537 “On Public-Private Partnership” dated May 10, 2019, and Resolution No. 720 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further improvement and comprehensive systematization of the public-private partnership sector” dated October 30, 2024, an initiative proposal, including the project concept, has been submitted by “NAVPROMLITMASH” LLC for the establishment of a rehabilitation and wellness center under public-private partnership (PPP) terms on the basis of the buildings, structures, and land plots of the Rehabilitation Department located at  168 Talqoq Street, Talqoq MFY, Karmana District, Navoi Region.
