Tashkent International Financial Center: Toward New Opportunities

On July 13, 2026, the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Tashkent International Financial Center" was adopted.
The Center will serve to create new opportunities for sustainable economic development, enhance international competitiveness, and attract local and foreign investment.
Key Focus Areas:
- Developing integration with capital markets and international financial markets;
- Expanding banking, investment, insurance, and Islamic finance services;
- Supporting financial technologies, digital assets, and e-commerce;
- Ensuring investor rights and the inviolability of property;
- Creating a transparent, stable, and internationally compliant legal environment.
