National accounting standards adopted in the state language

In this regard, in order to ensure the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the State Language" and eliminate inconsistencies in practice, the Ministry of Economy and Finance prepared the text of 25 accounting NAS in the state language and 20 of NAS were cancelled by adoption and unification in the state language, 15 NAS were registered in a new version.
Also in our country, consistent work is underway to implement international financial reporting standards (IFRS). In order to accelerate the continuation of these reforms, as well as to coordinate and provide methodological support for the process of implementing IFRS, as well as to provide support and assistance to business entities, the Ministry of Economy and Finance developed and conducted public discussions of 5 IFRS in a new edition, harmonized with IFRS.
In addition, draft regulatory legal acts containing proposals for further improvement of the accounting system and the implementation of IFRS are being published in stages.
