A seminar on increasing the efficiency of construction industry enterprises was held in Fergana by representatives of the Kaizen Institute

The seminar, held in an interactive format, was led by the General Director of Kaizen Institute Russia, Vitaly Vasilev, the Institute's Development Director, Igor Pomochilin, and the institution's representative in Uzbekistan, Sokrat Sarkisyan. The main goal of the event was to widely attract modern knowledge, innovative approaches and effective management methods to the construction industry, optimize work processes at enterprises and increase competitiveness.
During the training, participants were provided with theoretical and practical information on the principles of "Kaizen," the formation of a culture of continuous improvement in the activities of the enterprise, and increasing efficiency in production and management processes. The Kaizen business system, best practices for its implementation in enterprises, and the formation of effective teams were also discussed.
The seminar program also included questions and answers on the basics of Kaizen, business systems, best practices, a business game on the topic "Creating effective teams."
The event served as a platform for construction companies to exchange not only theoretical knowledge but also practical solutions. The participants exchanged views on the rational use of resources at enterprises, the systematic organization of internal processes, and the improvement of work quality and labor productivity.
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants received answers to their questions and emphasized the importance of the gradual introduction of modern management approaches in the construction sector.
This seminar will make an important contribution to the formation of a modern management culture that serves to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase labor productivity at construction enterprises in the Fergana region.
At the next stage, this work will be continued by studying the activities of business entities operating in the construction sector of the Fergana region on-site, diagnosing existing problems and opportunities, and developing specific practical recommendations aimed at increasing their efficiency.
