Information on the work carried out within the system of the Ministry of Economy and Finance to ensure the timely execution of tasks and strengthen performance discipline

Specific tasks and directions regarding compliance with performance discipline in state administrative bodies and local executive authorities are defined in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-5132 of May 31, 2021, "On additional measures to ensure the effective functioning of the 'Ijro.gov.uz' interdepartmental unified electronic system for performance discipline," the Decree No. PF-6166 of February 10, 2021, "On additional measures to strengthen the personal responsibility of heads of state administrative bodies and local executive authorities for the effective organization of the implementation of legislative acts," and the Decree No. PF-117 of July 25, 2023, "On additional measures for further strengthening performance discipline in state bodies and organizations."
Based on these resolutions and decrees, to further strengthen performance discipline within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the implementation of each task from the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as higher authorities, is handled with a distinct approach, order, and professionalism.
Specifically, to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of assignments from the Head of State, the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers, a monthly calendar plan and roadmap for the daily organization of the ministry's tasks have been approved, and a day-to-day work system has been implemented in the ministry.

As of April 30, 2026, a total of 65.4 thousand assignments have been registered through the "edo.ijro.uz" electronic document management system.
Specifically, this includes 28,271 tasks in Decrees, Resolutions, and meeting minutes of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; 1,408 in documents from the Head of the Presidential Administration; 13,423 in documents from the Cabinet of Ministers; 3,130 in assignments from the Government Commission; as well as 19,191 documents and appeals sent by other ministries and agencies.
