In accordance with the agreements within the framework of the "Memorandum on Cooperation between the Financial Authorities of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States," the IV International Conference on the Exchange of Experience in Public Finance Management was held in Samarkand on April 22-23 of this year.
