Uzbekistan and Korea strengthen cooperation on digitalizing public financial management

On the first day of the visit, Abdulaziz Khaydarov held a meeting with KFIS President Yoon Seok-Ho. The discussions focused on ongoing efforts in public financial management digitalization, modern information systems, and innovative governance solutions. Both sides placed particular emphasis on expanding bilateral cooperation and accelerating the implementation of joint practical projects.
The delegation also reviewed advanced solutions implemented in Korea. In particular, presentations were made on the public financial management information system dBrain+, fiscal data and analytical platforms, the subsidy management system e-Naradoum, as well as the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the sector.
As part of the visit, in the next stages, the parties plan to study Korea’s experience in AI-based public finance reforms in cooperation with the Korea Institute of Public Finance (KIPF). In addition, a visit to the Korea Local Information Research & Development Institute (KLID) is scheduled to explore the local-level financial management system e-Hojo.
