To the attention of entrepreneurs and investors!

The priority areas of action of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education are defined in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-5712 dated April 29, 2019, “On Approval of the Concept for the Development of the Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030,” and Annex 1 to Presidential Decree No. PF-79 dated May 26, 2023, “On Further Support of the Private Educational Services Sector in Preschool, Secondary, and Extracurricular Education and the Creation of Favorable Conditions for Its Comprehensive Development.”

An initiative proposal, including a project concept, was presented by the private entrepreneur "Sarkor taminot AD" LLC on the vacant land area in the territory of general education school No. 39 in Baliqchi district, Andijan region. In this project, it is planned to establish a non-state mini football field on the territory of secondary school No. 39 (0.25 ha).

The selection of a private partner for the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2024 No. 720.
